We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join the Minor Details team and work between our Manayunk + Fishtown shops.
If you love a cute outfit, have strong opinions about Philly, can talk to basically anyone, and know how to make people feel instantly welcome - you might be our person.
We’re a small team, which means this role is hands-on. You’ll have plenty of customer interaction, you’ll sometimes run the shop independently, and you’ll help keep everything feeling very Minor Details from open to close.

🛍 Role: Part-Time Retail Sales Associate
📍 Locations: Manayunk — 4401 Main Street + Fishtown — 2023 Frankford Ave.
⏰ Availability: Weekends + holidays are required, with some weekday flexibility preferred
💵 Pay: $14/hour, with annual increases + bonus potential

What you’ll be doing:
– Helping customers find something they’re genuinely excited to wear
– Creating a warm, fun, never-pushy shopping experience
– Running the register + handling day-to-day shop operations
– Opening and closing the store independently
– Restocking, organizing inventory + managing backstock
– Keeping the shop looking cute, clean + ready for customers
– Solving the little things that come up during a shift without missing a beat
You’ll probably be a great fit if you’re:
– Friendly, confident + genuinely enjoy talking to people
– Reliable and comfortable working independently
– Organized, observant + good at figuring things out
– Experienced in retail or customer service
– Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
– Able to reliably get to both shop locations
– Flexible enough to work weekends, holidays + occasional weekdays
