At Minor Details, we don’t just sell things – we create moments. Think cute Philly sports, “where did you get that?” energy, and content that makes people stop scrolling (and then immediately add to cart).
We’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media Content Creator who gets it. Someone who lives on TikTok, saves Instagram audios before they trend, and can turn a random Tuesday in-store into content people want to share.
What you’ll do:
Create short-form video content for TikTok & Instagram, both paid and organic (Reels, Stories, trends, etc.)
Film in-store, style products, and bring our brand to life on camera
Brainstorm and execute content ideas from start to finish (we want your ideas, not just execution)
Stay on top of trends and adapt them to fit the Minor Details vibe
Capture new arrivals, best sellers, and “this is your sign” moments
Occasionally help with photoshoots, launches, and in-store events
Manage social media calendar with weekly and monthly updates to provide 3-5 posts per week.
What we’re looking for:
Someone creative, self-motivated, and chronically online (in a good way)
Comfortable being on camera + directing others on camera (you will need to model our clothing)
Strong understanding of TikTok/IG trends and what performs
Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
Loves fashion, Philly, and fun, slightly unhinged marketing energy
Bonus: photography, styling, or small business experience
