Refund Policy
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out! You have 30 days to return your item, as long as you have the receipt and the original tag is still attached. Sale items are final sale—no take-backs on those!
All refunds go back to the original payment method. Items must be in brand-new condition—anything worn, washed, or damaged can’t be returned. If something arrives damaged in transit, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can take care of it. Notice after the 24 hour window may not be eligible for refund.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny them if the item isn’t in its original condition. If you're shipping a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*If items are returned due to customer not supplying an Apt. or Unit number, the second shipping label will be charged to the customer. Only first shipments are free over $40.

Alternative Options Policy
On rare occasions, we oversell an item—oops! If that happens with a clothing item you ordered, we may go ahead and send you the next size up instead of canceling your order altogether. If the alternate size doesn’t work for you, no stress—your return is totally free. We’d rather offer an option than disappoint with a cancellation, but we totally get it if it’s not the right fit.
Playoff & Post Season Policy
We love a good run, but no take-backs if the team takes an L. For any purchase made on or after Day 1 of that team’s playoff run and through 30 days after the team’s elimination, returns won’t be accepted due to game outcomes. (Heartbreaks happen—returns for that reason don’t.) Damaged, defective, or wrong items are still covered—please email photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right per our standard policy. This applies for all sports teams.
Damages and Delivery Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if an item is not delivered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All delivery related issues must be reported within 24 hours of tracking being marked delivered to be eligible for a return or refund. After 24 hours, returns for damage or delivery issues will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
