Please note: Items ship as they are available, items may ship separately and from different locations. Please be aware of this at time of ordering.
Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if an item is not delivered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All delivery related issues must be reported within 24 hours of tracking being marked delivered to be eligible for a return or refund. After 24 hours, returns for damage or delivery issues will not be accepted.
Alternative Options Policy
On rare occasions, we oversell an item—oops! If that happens with a clothing item you ordered, we may go ahead and send you the next size up instead of canceling your order altogether. If the alternate size doesn’t work for you, no stress—your return is totally free. We’d rather offer an option than disappoint with a cancellation, but we totally get it if it’s not the right fit.
